Great location to walk to Ortigia.

Breakfast was a bit average.

Location was great / on the seafront for swimming and easy to walk to Ortigia

The entire stay was absolutely incredible from the moment we arrived to when we left. The staff were all very kind and made us feel right at home during our vacation! The hotel is in a great location and allows for an amazing walk to Ortigia. Not to mention, the morning cappuccino's and caffe latte's were worth the stay alone. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded for free which we also appreciated tremendously! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This is nothing against the hotel at all and I'm excited to return to see what it looks like when it is completed, but the construction of the pathways and streets in front of the hotel did make it somewhat difficult to maneuver our luggage when we arrived and when we left, but again, not the hotel's fault at all and it still was an amazing stay!

Lovely location, walking distance from Ortigia and convenient for parking (free on street parking on the roads behind the property with lots of availability).

The property unfortunately needs some care and attention. The first room we were assigned the A/C wasn't working and the sink was leaking in the bathroom creating wet puddles. We were moved to another room, without these problems, which we were grateful for, but there was alot of mould on the wooden ceiling beams in the bathroom. We also felt breakfast was very disappointing. We arrived at 9am half way through the slot and many options had been taken and not refilled (no yoghurts, no eggs, etc). We were also not offered hot drinks and only received these when we requested them.
