    아이 두 명과 4인 가족이여서 sea view 쿼드러플룸 2박 예약했는데, 저녁에 체크인하고보니 1층(이탈리아식 0층) 뷰도 없는 룸이었어요. 아고다엔 아직도 쿼드러플은 다 바다뷰라고 되어있었고, 예약 내역 보여줬지만 방없어서 그 날은 거기 묵었네요. 카운터에서도 제가 예약한건 standard 타입인데, 바다뷰 아니라고 했구요. 아고다에는 타입구분 없음. 1층(2층침대있는 사진)인데 사람들 지나가는 길가라서 창문도 열 수 없었고, 변기도 줄당겨서 물내리는 타입에, 내리고나면 펌프소리인지 큰 소리가 나서 아이들이 무서워했어요. VIEW 위주로 예약하는 편이여서 정말 화가 났었습니다. 카운터가 11시에 퇴근이여서 아고다에서 연락할 때도 연락안된댔구요. 다음날은 방 있다고 해서 40유로주고 일단 업글해서 2층 올라왔습니다. 2층이 쿼드러플룸에서 본 베란다있는 룸이었고, 40유로 더 비싸다고 했구요. 기대했던 룸이여서 만족했네요. 아고다측에서도 인정하고 업글비용 돌려받고, 첫 1박도 차액 받았는데 엄청 처리가 신속해서 놀랐어요. 조식먹는 옥상 테라스가 뷰좋고 정말 예뻤습니다. 커피는 그럭저럭이었지만, 살라미, 치즈, 시리얼 등 있을 건 다 있고 괜찮았어요. 1층룸은 에어컨 lg였는데 빨리 시원해지고 좋았구요, 2층은 에어컨 잘 모르는 브랜드였는데,, 낮게틀어나도 겨우 시원해지는 정도?였어요. 낮에 있던 여직원은 친절했는데, 저녁에 있는 남자 직원은 할말만 하는 쿨한 타입... 오갈때 인사하거나 하는 것도 없구요. 주차는 저녁에 왔더니 자리없어서 한참 뱅뱅돌다 겨우 주차했는데(하루당 15유로) 다음날 낮에는 자리 많았어요. 주차요금정산 기계가 2개였는데 오류인지 하나는 현금만되고, 하나는 카드만 되었는데 카드 계속 승인안되서 오류나고, 현금은 30유로 동전으로만 가능해서,,, 결국 어플에서 서비스수수료 2유로 주고 겨우 결제했습니다... 쿼드러플 2층 룸은 추천하는데, 1층룸의 비추입니다. 아고다에 있는 쿼드룸이 죄다 1층인데 2층사진도 같이 올려둔건지, 아고다에선 랜덤인데 제가 1층을 받은건지는 모르겠어요. 호텔말로는 가격도 다르다던데... 예약하고 룸타입, 층, 뷰, 꼭 호텔에 확인해보세요.

    Hotel was excellent - super clean and friendly staff. Really impressed for the price point with rooms, location and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. One of our best finds during our trip to Sicily.

    Nice location, decent breakfast and very pleasant staff. However the ambiance is old, although everything works. But room sizes are tight. We upgraded and it was still tight. Shower area requires that you turn carefully, etc, so you don’t bump into the wall or the door - but you probably will regardless
