All staff were welcoming and provided great assistance. Mario was very helpful and breakfast location, Caportigia Boutique Hotel, only minutes away was easy to find and staff were extremely helpful, especially Daniel. The Caportigia Boutique hotel clearly was our best breakfast in Italy.
No complaint whatsoever.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely arranged, making it easy for us to fully relax and recharge. The location was excellent, with everything close by and easy to reach. We also appreciated the coffee - it was really good.

Location, owners is super nice, change of towels every day, provided hood set of toiletries
There were two broken items - reported to the owner. One was fixed fast, another wasn’t- the owner said he needed to call specialist even though it could have been checked before letting the guests in. Plus the AC wasn’t closing the vents so it was blowing very hard. The towels were very thin and few of them were torn.

I was disappointed by two things. First, they sent me a payment link for the city tax even though I had already paid it two days earlier. Second, we had agreed that we could leave our luggage there on the day of our departure until 3 PM, but when we tried to pick it up at 3, the receptionist stopped answering the phone. Only half an hour later he answered a call from one of my friends and finally let us in to collect our bags. Because of this delay, we almost missed our flight.
