Alessandro muy atento. Nos recibió con un trato muy amable, nos indicó todos los lugares para recorrer y conocer. El alojamiento muy bien ubicado. Habitación muy amplia y limpia. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas

Todo perfecto. Nos sentimos muy cómodos en el alojamiento!

Posizione ottima

Struttura posizionata all’interno di un palazzo, camera molto essenziale con qualche segno di umidità. Staff molto cordiale, parcheggi in strada disponibili in zona. Non è stato possibile avere la colazione a causa della chiusura del bar, quindi ci è stata restituita la quota. Stanza pulita ogni giorno con cambio biancheria incluso. Proprietario disponibile per informazioni e consigli sui posti. In relazione ad un guasto del frigo bar si è reso subito disponibile a risolvere il problema

I liked the location a lot and it was quiet. Close to everything in Syracuse (ortigia) including Greek ruins.

The parking situation was horrible. Not sure if it is proprietor's fault or the way Booking advertises it. He was not up front about it on the website. VERY difficult to park!!!! Parking is free and available nearby- on Easter, it was available nowhere, and we were left to figure it out on our own. BAD customer service. We ended up paying for a lot so it was not free. We were sent down to a nearby cafe for breakfast and told to order whatever we wanted- Again- not true. Only one cup of coffee and a croissant were permitted. We paid for other food ourselves. NOT an entirely free breakfast. Our room had no window and was sterile. IF you go to # 2, know that the bed squeaks loudly even to roll over and can wake you up.
