La posizione sicuramente ad un passo da Ortigia

La mancanza di un deposito bagagli e nonostante avessimo chiesto la cortesia di poter lasciare per due/tre ore gli zaini, ci è stato risposto che non fosse possibile

E' una struttura che consiglio vivamente, a due passi dal centro di Ortigia, camera con la vasca idromassaggio stupenda ed Alessandro una persona SPLENDIDA. Grazie a lui siamo riusciti a vedere tante cose e mangiare da DIO. Sabrina

I liked the location a lot and it was quiet. Close to everything in Syracuse (ortigia) including Greek ruins.

The parking situation was horrible. Not sure if it is proprietor's fault or the way Booking advertises it. He was not up front about it on the website. VERY difficult to park!!!! Parking is free and available nearby- on Easter, it was available nowhere, and we were left to figure it out on our own. BAD customer service. We ended up paying for a lot so it was not free. We were sent down to a nearby cafe for breakfast and told to order whatever we wanted- Again- not true. Only one cup of coffee and a croissant were permitted. We paid for other food ourselves. NOT an entirely free breakfast. Our room had no window and was sterile. IF you go to # 2, know that the bed squeaks loudly even to roll over and can wake you up.
