Location, atmosphere and Paola was the best.
Noisy, but that comes with the location.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Paola was an amazing host — extremely helpful, responsive, and made everything easy for us, especially with the parking and ZTL. Highly recommended!

The property is right in the center of Ortigia. Everything is within a 4 to 8 minute walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Il Salotto di Maria Pia. Our host was fantastic - warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, and the accommodation itself felt really unique and special, with plenty of character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
There wasn’t much we didn’t like. It would have been helpful to have a little more surface space to put our belongings, but given the style and size of the room, this is understandable and feels like a natural compromise.
