Paolo was a wonderful host. Fantastic communication before and during my stay. She was also very understanding when I thought I may not get to Ortigia due to the eruption of Mount Etna. Check in instructions were very clear and although I didn’t get to meet Paola, she checked me in through WhatsApp and was with me every step of the way. The location is excellent. Right in the heart of Ortigia but it was not noisy. The room is in an old style, authentically Italian building which is full of character and charm. My room was cleaned immaculately daily (which I was not expecting at all!) The little balcony is so nice. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with lovely details! Very homey and comfortable. Paola was welcoming, accommodating, and provided great recommendations! Incredible location too! Central to everything!
