Location was just perfect
Twice someone opened our door without knocking in the morning while we were in the room and on our last day receptionist knocked at our door at 07.30am for a taxi we had booked for 10.30 am. Other than that can’t fault

The location couldn’t have been better! Close to everything but quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and owners were very helpful and kind. I would stay here again if I come back to ortigia. We were very happy with our visit.

Location was amazing, the hotel next to Il Doumo and close to everything. The parking was a little far, but we got used to walking the 15 minutes to get there. Breakfast was very good. The lady serving breakfast, I believe her name was Christina was excellent. The room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom very big, great for 4 people. One of the best hotels, price value that we stayed at during our trip.
The lady serving breakfast, had to take a day off and the lady that replaced her was not very well trained on customer service. the hotel administration should consider training the replacement staff better.
