Excellent apartment. The best in Ortigia. One gets a wonderful sunset every evening. Full of light and bright. It sits on the water above the lido (boardwalk for those from USA), it is very quiet in the late evening and bustling with folks and bars in the early evening. Best view with no vehicle traffic unlike the Grand hotel. Can’t beat the view and the comfort of the bed. Kitchen is functional and has what is needed for caffe and a light breakfast. Chiara the host is amazing and very attentive and on top of her game. My wife and I have traveled for years and stayed in many old world places, and Palazzo Alfeo is the best spot for this island and town.

Great location and views. Nice towels. Comfortable beds. Apt spacious and host left us fruit and milk in the kitchen. Host helped us get our luggage to hotel and then to parking. Also helped at checkout.
Host gave great restaurant recommendations.
Only issue is shower would be small for a large person.

Beautiful location. Clean and comfortable bedding which is always a plus. In the photos there was a jacuzzi which turned out to be in one of the private appt, so there was no access to it. The listing mentions bar items complimentary it had a milk and a water bottle and a few mini juice bottles which were a nice touch. A fruit basket and hot drinks pods... two smart tvs connected and fully functional. The balcony opens up on a gorgeous seaview. We had access issue on one of the days but that was resolved real fast. We struggled to find a place to place our luggage after check out. So it's worth organising that before travel and locating active storage shops.
