We stayed in a massive penthouse on level 4. It was lift accessible and was beautifully equipped. The wonderful Francesca and Bernadette were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The property is located just off the Piazza Archimedes and right in the thick of everything. Very happy with our choice.

We loved the staff first and foremost. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable we enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff, location, room were all exceptional. Very secure, working lift, great AC, comfortable bed, easy walking to restaurants, shops, market historic sites.
The pillows were plentiful but are very firm (like memory foam) and don’t work well for someone who needs a squishy type.
