We loved the views of the ocean from our room, and the convenient location of the property close to the town centre of Ortigia. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped me book special experiences for my 40th Birthday ahead of our stay. They were also very kind and gave us local recommendations and directions as needed. It was lovely sitting down to the healthy and beautifully presented breakfast table each morning.
Nothing - apart from having to take our heavy suitcases up many flights of stairs but that was nobody’s fault!
