A truly wonderful hotel, beautifully renovated with exceptional taste and a genuinely magical atmosphere. The staff were highly professional, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay, making us feel completely at home. The location is simply incredible and adds even more charm to the whole experience. I cannot wait to return to Syracuse and enjoy the same unforgettable experience again. Whenever I am back in Sicily, I will certainly spend at least a couple of nights at this hotel.
