Location excellent. Near Piazza Archimede. Everything is close. Friendly owners. Room and bathroom very spacious. Very clean. Breakfast good. Cake was excellent. Coffee made upon request was excellent.
No lift. One flight of stairs.
Very warm in breakfast area, air con was not sufficient to cool down space. Then it’s turned off after breakfast.

Lovely B&B in very central location just off Piazza Archimede. Room was modern and clean. Very good air con, temperature was mid 30s when we stayed in Ortigia. Great shower with lots of hot water. Nice buffet breakfast with tea/coffee, delicious homemade cake, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, eggs, cheeses and meats. Nino is a charming host.
It's an old building so there is no lift although rooms were on the first floor so not too many stairs. We couldn't see any plug sockets for charging phones by the beds.

Clean facilities & location is good.
Small room. Functional & basic. Very modern and therefore sterile environment with little character.
Just one bedroom in a flat with a number of rooms. No frills.
