Location.
Staff chewed us out for not answering emails regarding our arrival. Unfortunately we had no email service. Could have texted us. Further he charged us a 4€ tourist tax with no receipt or form. I have yet to locate any information regarding this tax. Parking cost us 15€ as well. It was not free. I cannot imagine what a 2 star looks like if this place is a 3 star.
