We had a wonderful stay at CinqueSuites Ortigia. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, in a charming building tucked away among the beautiful little streets of Ortigia. Great location at the middle of the island.
Breakfast is served at a lovely café just a short walk from the hotel, and everything was delicious.
Above all, Federico made our stay truly special. He welcomed us with such warmth and kindness and was incredibly helpful and informative. He helped us find the hotel and figure out where to unload our luggage, and took the time to give us plenty of recommendations and advice about the island — what to see, what to do, and where to eat.
We felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
The reception area had a slightly stuffy, musty smell, but it wasn't too strong and it didn't carry into the room.

We love the location and spacious room. Helpful and understanding staff.
Confusing regarding different locations to check in (partly our fault for not checking the emails about it after we have booked the room), especially in a different part of the town, so unnecessary. We booked the room for a family of 3, a double bed and a sofa bed, disappointed that the bedding and sheets were not provided for the sofa bed. We were only there for 1 night and didn't make a fuss as we already have wasted our time regarding the check-in location.
