We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. The accommodation was exactly as described and matched what we had booked, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect, and everything was clean, fresh, and well looked after. Federico at the reception was absolutely lovely – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He really made an effort to make us feel comfortable and even took the time to tell us about the history of the town, which was such a nice and personal touch. We also loved the little welcome surprises in the room: delicious mini cookies, a very nice bottle of prosecco, sparkling water, and still water. The toiletries and bathroom amenities were also of very good quality, which was another detail we really appreciated. Breakfast was included and served at a café on the main square. It was a simple, traditional Italian breakfast in a very pleasant setting, and we really enjoyed starting the day there. Overall, everything felt easy, welcoming, and well organised. We had a perfect stay and would happily come back.

The location was amazing, in the middle of everything, all in walking distance, so quiet and comfortable. The room was spacious and had an extra space with a sofa and a desk, so it felt really comfy for our 4day trip. The stuff were all very nice and especially Federico who welcomed us and gave us very useful info from the very first moment we reached Siracusa! If it wasn’t for him caring to see if we reached ok, we would still be at the train station trying to figure out how to get to Ortigia!

You don't often find accommodation with a host who is so helpful. Frederico, loves his job and it flowed through to his guests. Always with a smile, Frederico was exceptionally helpful with booking restaurants and offering suggestions of things to do. Frederico even laughed when he got the late night call, as one of our friends in another room locked his key in the room (only to find it was actually in his pocket - Ha Ha) - A small boutique hotel, with lovely spacious comfortable rooms. We would recommend this location

Confusing regarding different locations to check in (partly our fault for not checking the emails about it after we have booked the room), especially in a different part of the town, so unnecessary. We booked the room for a family of 3, a double bed and a sofa bed, disappointed that the bedding and sheets were not provided for the sofa bed. We were only there for 1 night and didn't make a fuss as we already have wasted our time regarding the check-in location.
