the internet was terrible, even 4G on your phone doesnt work. If you need at all to connect to the internet this is not a recommended place to stay. Also i would have appreciated some basic facilities in the apartment even coffee or tea would have been nice but no emphasis to this especially for the price this place needs improvement especially for the price

A few days ago, we came back from our vacation. The accommodation was excellent, exactly as shown in the pictures and described. We give it our full recommendation. The place was very clean, even more than we expected. Actually, better than some well-known hotels. The owners of the accommodation are very kind and friendly, always there for anything you might need, for any help or questions. On several occasions, they went out of their way to help us, even though it wasn’t expected of them. We felt as if we had known each other and had been friends our whole lives. Housekeeping comes every two days, changes all the bed linens and towels, and cleans the apartment. Honestly, we were very pleasantly surprised and we would gladly return anytime. The apartment has all possible equipment. It is literally equipped like a flat you could live in. From a washing machine to a moka pot espresso maker, two air conditioners, a TV, and so on… We haven’t stayed in better accommodation for a long time, and we felt truly comfortable. The only thing that could be considered a small suggestion (not at all negative, more of a subjective wish), is that although the kitchen has everything you need and is fully equipped, I would only add one more thing – an espresso coffee machine (e.g., Nespresso, Dolce Gusto…). The owners provided a moka pot, which is great, but I would just personally add that extra option. We give our full recommendation for this accommodation and the very kind and friendly owners. Overall rating: 5 out of 5.

Nice flat and excellent service

Very nice and helpful staff. Useful tips on the best beaches and restaurants. Nice flat close to the beach (10 mn walking distance.) and at the entrance of Ksamil. You are in the center in 10 mn by walking and enjoy a quieter area. Convenient private parking

Everything and more! Above and beyond!

Where to start! Everything and I mean everything was just amazing! Before we even left the uk Aleksja was just amazing! She was so so helpful in every way! So much so that our whole trip ran so smoothly! She arranged boat trips and meals and taxis to name just a few things! Nothing was too much trouble ! The apartment was so super clean with bedding and towels changed every other day! They have thought of everything you could need for your stay! From coffee and sugar, washing up liquid, everything, like home from home! And then the balcony! Wow! Lovely big balcony! With all washing facilities! Clothes maid, pegs, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, as I said before they’ve thought of everything! The beds were super comfortable with pristine white bedding and super comfortable pillows!

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended

We arrived in the evening after a tiring drive from Tirana. We were warmly welcomed and received great recommendations for local beaches and restaurants. The room was modern and exceptionally clean. The location is very central, with convenient parking always available. Every question or request was answered promptly and kindly. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend this place!

We had a view of the mountains and nearby houses – not as charming as a city view, but just a small detail in an otherwise wonderful experience.

Amazing :)

Amazing staff, a full kitchen with all the appliances. Many things were thought through very properly (like an iron(ing board), hairdryer (with diffuser) etc.

Some tips, we had sleeping masks, but the black out curtains still let a bit too much light through. For the rest nothing bad!

Brand New apartment facilities perfect for families

This is a well-run serviced apartment that comes with everything we needed for our family. Our apartment seemed very new, was exceptionally clean, and came with all basic kitchen utensils for cooking light meals. Bathroom was very clean and shower had great water pressure. The balcony was very large, with plenty of space for a laundry rack and patio chairs. The parking lot was great for guaranteed parking, and made it easier to drive to nearby beaches in Ksamil, although there are a couple of walkable options nearby. Location is great with two well-stocked supermarkets downstairs and across the street. There are restaurants 5 min walk away and even more options about 10-15 minute walk into the center. Would love to stay here again!

Nothing to complain about! But it might be helpful for some guests to know that the elevator isn't exactly on the ground floor (you need to walk a few steps up to reach it) so it's not completely accessible.

Spacious apartment where u have everything u need

Easy to find, easy to check in. Has parking. Apartment is huge, u have everything u need there. Air conditioning in both rooms. Balcony. Good equipped kitchen. Washing machine. Location is 15mins walk to the beach, for us it is better to live a lit far but in quite place.

Add salt, pepper, olive oil to the kitchen. Maybe to have washing powder.

Captain's Residente far exceeded our expectations! The apartment was spacious, modern, well equipped, with all the necessary amenities, a huge balcony to enjoy the evenings and nights and very well located (quiet area, next to supermarkets). But my most significant word of thanks goes to the staff. They were amazing, kind and undoubtedly made all the difference to our stay in Ksamil. They responded to all our requests with kindness and solved all our problems, managing to book sun beds for us at a time when the beaches were full. They even drove us to and from the beach one day because we didn't have a car. I'm sure that all the help we received from the staff was what made the difference in our vacation and made it wonderful! Without them, it wouldn't have been like this. I will always recommend them!

The location is near to beautiful Beach, good restaurants and two grocery stores, where you can find everything. You have a big private parking. Great hotel in good location with helpful staff!

We really enjoyed staying at the Captain's Residence. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful with recommendations, making bookings, etc. The room was very clean and everything is new. The location is great because you are at the north end of Ksamil, so you can avoid all of the traffic. Parking is included, which is a big bonus. You can park and walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

The hotel is a bit pricey. That said, it was a last minute booking in peak tourist season, so I was ok paying the rate, and it was worth it.

Best of the best in Ksamil

Very easy to find is in main road, the owner or manager makes you welcome, everything in room was clean and new,felt like my home, you have everything to enjoy yor stay, all supermarkets are 1 min away. The owner advised were to go to eat and which sea sides with family, first time in Albania found a place that feels like your home abroad.Unfortunatly had to leave one day early due to family commitment and could not meet the owner to thank him for his hospitality. Every single thing. It was an amazing experience for me and for my fiancee. The location is great. Close to most popular beaches, supermarkets, souvenir shops and restaurants. The place is so comfortable and clean. You have everything to cook things you desire which you are not in a mood to go out and eat something at that night. The owners of the apartment was absolutely great. They welcome us very well, solve our small issues very short time and always text us back on time when we need to ask something about place (where to visit, eat etc.). Plus they are very helpful and even call our bus on the way back to Tirana airport and tell them to wait due to our situation of being late and help us to catch our bus on time. We will definitely come and stay this lovely place again.🇦🇱

It’s worth coming back!

Very clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Towels and bed lingerie was changed every two days. It has a good supermarket on the groundfloor and a wonderful pizza place as well.

Very big and clean apartment. It has everything you need: washing machine, iron, ironing board, oven etc. Good location: away from the noisy beach area, with very big free parking. Great market and bakery in walking distance.

In every room there was some unfinished work: hoses for heaters, and for a sink on the balcony that could be a problem if you are with children.

The apartment was very clean, everything is new to high standards. The reception staff was very helpful and very friendly. The bed linen and towels were changed every 2 days, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Ksamil beach is a few minutes' walk away, supermarkets are on the ground floor of the block, many restaurants in that area, private parking is an asset. We will come back here next time.
