Everything about my stay was perfect—from the warm and welcoming hospitality to the peaceful atmosphere and spotless cleanliness. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area, yet still quiet enough for complete relaxation. The rooms were cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making me feel right at home. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable—they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. I genuinely loved everything about my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. If you’re looking for a place that offers comfort, charm, and true hospitality, Guesthouse Mance is the one. Highly recommended!

Fabulous cost-effective option with wonderful hosts.

The hotel is in the perfect location, only a few minutes walk to Skanderbeg Square and other popular attractions. Our host went above and beyond to assist us - helping with our hire car, parking, luggage, local recommendations, and was all-round a lovely and very accommodating host! The room is basic but very comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning and Wifi. Everything we needed for a short and cost-effective stay in Tirana. Highly recommend!

Really bad experience, would not recommend

Location was good.

I arrived at 8pm and my room was not ready, as they had let the previous occupants stay late (they were still in the room when I arrived!) Check in is meant to be at 11am and I was finally allowed in at 9.15pm (so over 10 hours late!) after waiting in the garden getting eaten alive by mosquitoes for over an hour. They had not bothered to message me to say there was a problem and offer to let me cancel. They didn’t apologise for the situation, or give me a discount for the inconvenience - in fact they tried to overcharge me 10 euros with the exchange rate to lek and on check out day I was hassled to leave before check out at 10am. There was also no hot water the morning I checked out so I couldn’t wash my hair and the Wi-Fi was bad in the room I was given so I had to go outside every time I needed to send an email for work.

Short walk to centre, friendly family feel and lovely terrace and gardens.

Close to everything including beach and restaurants. Perfect room for what we needed and lovely little balcony and garden

Only thing is that the kitchen slightly lacked on the basics eg. Washing utensils (sponge/scrubber)

The location of the property is very central, pretty close to the beach (maximum 10 minutes by walk). The hosts were very welcoming and recommended us cheap and good quality places for breakfast.

Everything was great, it was really clean and the owner changes bed sheets and towels guite often. It is near the beach. You have everything you need in the apartment and if you don't feel free to ask because they will get you immediately. Quiet place without mosquitoes 😁

It’s a great place to go but to a different accommodation.

I really liked Ksamil. It’s a great place to have holiday as not only for the beautiful weather and beaches but also because you are close to Butrint and other historical places but also Saranda and Blue Eye are very close by.

The service however in the property was really bad. The room was cleaned only once and really badly, no washing machine and on top of that, the owner requested us to clean it before leaving 👀

Perfect Place !! Enjoyed the Stay !

The place was really comfortable, the hosts were really friendly!! You could feel like home 🏡 Room was very well equipped!! Kitchen had everything you may need to cook your meal! Balcony with view from Garden 🪴 Wifi connection was strong!! Parking was also available!! I really recommend this place, I would return again! Best regards to the owners !!

I loved everything about this place!! At the begining the host were really friendly , they lead us to our room and everything was perfect I really loved the room , comfy bed and a lot of space also kitchen had everything Balcony had also very nice view furthermore outside was a grill so that we would enjoy our evening coking something for ouerselfs Parking was very safe and good wifi conection The host helped us with every information that we need about ksamil , also he drove us to show us the town and the best places to go to the beach I totally reccomand this place!!

We had a beautiful little house in the garden, in the middle of trees and flowers. It is quiet and we had piece after the day on the beach. The hosts are very nice.

El trato y la facilidad del check in, incluso un poco antes. Ubicación perfecta y las instalaciones estupendas!

A veces por la mañana se escuchaba muy fuerte un ruido de tubería debajo del fregadero. Como sobre las 7. Como opinión: no estaría mal una tele pequeña.

Soggiorno perfetto, come sentirsi a casa!

Abbiamo soggiornato in due appartamenti nuovissimi, puliti e forniti di tutto: aria condizionata, balcone, frigorifero, cucina... non mancava nulla! La pulizia veniva effettuata ogni tre giorni in modo impeccabile. I proprietari sono stati davvero gentilissimi e super accoglienti: sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta o necessità. Al momento della partenza ci hanno persino regalato un set di tazzine da caffè con la bandiera albanese: un gesto che ci ha davvero commosso! La posizione è strategica: a due passi dal centro ma in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, perfetta per riposarsi. Inoltre, tornare dalla spiaggia e trovare il balcone sempre all’ombra con una piacevole arietta è stato impagabile. Un ringraziamento speciale a Hasbi, sempre disponibile e gentile, così come i suoi genitori. Un soggiorno che ci ha lasciato il cuore leggero e un grande sorriso. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Zeer tevreden over mijn weekje.

Was kraaknet. De gastvrouw en -man waren super vriendelijk. Alsook heel behulpzaam. Het huis ligt in rustige omgeving maar overal direct bij, zee - restaurant - supermarkt - bar - bushalte Bedankt voor de babbels en de raki! 😉
