Very clean and tide.

The service was exceptional! We all received WhatsApp messages to inquire when we would arrive. He made sure we knew about parking, bus stops and where to eat. Room was clean, air conditioner WORKED! Had to turn it down. Came with a kitchenette. Bathroom is modern. Auntie made sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Gift shop right across the street. 2 euro store, down the street. Bus stops, about 100 meters away. 20 minute walk to Butrint, to see the hand. This was walking very leisurely. I will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast would have been nice, but the restaurant at Eros Hotel, 2 buildings over didn't disappoint.

I would like to thank the wonderful lady who runs Vila Balani and Emilio, who handled all communication through Booking.com. The room was spotless, and the towels were changed every day. Whenever I needed information or assistance, they were always ready to help and did their best to arrange whatever I needed. They are genuinely warm, friendly people who make you feel welcome and never feel like a stranger. The location is excellent and very central. Everything you might need is right at your doorstep as soon as you step onto the main street. The beaches are only about a 5-minute walk away, and the sea is absolutely beautiful. As a woman travelling alone, I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which was very important to me. I would highly recommend Vila Balani to anyone visiting Ksamil. One additional tip for future visitors: if you are planning to take a boat tour, I would recommend looking at options departing from Sarandë. I had a fantastic experience with Leonardo Boat Tour, which lasted around 5 hours, included swimming stops in beautiful bays, and cost €30. Also, try to bring or buy a waterproof bag for your phone and wallet. Since it is a speedboat tour, you will almost certainly get wet. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

We were greeted by a lady that works there, she answered all the questions we had and handed in our keys, showed us to the room, and asked us to get in touch with her if we needed anything. She was so ever friendly, and helped us with our stuff to our room.

Room was nice and clean throughout, bathroom was really nice too. Beds were very comfortable and smoked freshly clean. Balcony was perfect for a smoker like my husband.
