If you’re looking for an apartment, look no further.

We were greeted by a lady that works there, she answered all the questions we had and handed in our keys, showed us to the room, and asked us to get in touch with her if we needed anything. She was so ever friendly, and helped us with our stuff to our room.

Room was nice and clean throughout, bathroom was really nice too. Beds were very comfortable and smoked freshly clean. Balcony was perfect for a smoker like my husband.

We liked everything – highly recommended!

The room was very clean. Towels were changed daily, and bed linens were changed three times during our 9-day stay. Everything was tidy and well-maintained. Great location – close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The owner was always available and helpful. He responded quickly to any questions. Very kind and hospitable.

Amazing stay at villa balani

The staff were so lovely and so helpful, giving us restaurant and beach recommendations and making sure we were happy and comfortable in the property. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in there. They even offered to upgrade our room when we got there. Loved everything about villa balani, was a wonderful stay!

A little bit further away from the main beaches but only a 10 minute walk ish.

The rooms are excellent, clean, modern and very comfortable clean towels every day and bedding changed once during our stay , landlady very kind

The only thing on our stay there was building works to surrounding properties but the noise did not affect us as we were out all day , once the building work is finished the area will be great. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep and the most stunning beach just a 5 minute walk away

Decent location, close enough that you can walk to the beaches. Plenty of restaurants around it. Has parking. Has a fridge in the room and stuff to cook if you want.

Firstly, there's no elevator. So we had to carry the bags up to the top floor for our room. Not a big deal but definitely not for everyone.. room is small. Was expecting more for the price we paid to be honest. Bed is okay, bit hard, not the biggest. I guess it just didn't match up to all the other places we had stayed in across Albania. Needs updating but does the job.

Lovely apartment- can’t wait to be back

The location was perfect, restaurants supermarket and the beach all within a very short walking distance. The room had a full shower as opposed to a wet room which is more common. The owners were incredible, always on hand for questions and the owner gave me a magnet when I left, I almost cried, they’re just so wonderful. And I will be back!

Shout out to one of the best places I have ever stayed at! My husband and I had an amazing time in Ksamil, the Vila is very clean, great location with 3 minutes walking distance. A huge thank you to the lady of the house for being such welcoming and helpful with suggesting places that we could visit. Very friendly staff. Great location, beautiful room & lovely hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend everyone to stay here. They provided daily towel changes and room cleaning & made the effort of putting a lot of great finishing touches on the place. It was easy to find and check-in was smooth. Thank you for having us!

The accomodation was amazing. Clean, nice, big. We got every day clean set of towels, and every third day set of sheets. The apartment was cleaned everyday by the cleaning lady. Location is good, you have near market, beach, bakery and restaurants. In the yard of the vila there is parking. Balcony is big. The owner is really nice lady, who helped us with everything, although she doesn't now English, and we didn't know Albanian. Apartment has air conditioner, which is included in the price.

Lovely place and very good value for money.

The room was very clean. The shower was perfect with loads of pressure which was ideal, especially after the beach. The shops are less than a minute walk away from both directions of the hotel. The host is amazing and welcoming. I can't wait to hopefully see her again next year. The WiFi was really strong and all the amenities were brilliant and the bed was very comfy and large. Loads of nice restaurants near by and the beach is also walking (4-5 minutes) distance.

Excellent value for money, quiet location, attentive and welcoming host.

Very suitable location, away from the noise of the central area. The host was absolutely lovely. In fact she always is. We have stayed here many times over the years and always left satisfied. The price is an absolute bargain too in comparison to the value of the place and what others charge in this location. It is also kept very clean and cosy.

Enjoyable small hotel in the centre of Ksamil

We really like the location of the villa, it is closed to the beach, shops and restaurant. The apartment was freshly renovated and very clean. The apartment is equipped with AC and the wifi is reliable. The host and her family are friendly and welcoming.

The bed was quite hard and no duvet available. You can only pay cash.

Such a beautifully designed vila rooms. It exceeded our expectation. Super clean and comfy, and modern style bathroom, with some surprise touch up. I was impressed. And the lady host, such a nice and sweet lady. Apsolut recommendation.
