Excellent apartment in the heart of Ksamil

Excellent location less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and the local shops and restaurants. The hostess and her father were so kind, welcoming and answered all our questions within minutes. 10 out of 10!!! Great air con. The double-glazed windows were excellent in keeping the loud music out, we slept really well. The apartment was immaculately clean! Highly recommended!

Everything was great and we highly recommend this apartment, which was perfect. however, bear in mind that Ksamil is extremely busy in the summer, with non stop music all day and well into the night, plus the beaches are very crowded and expensive. Next time we'll visit Albania, we'll definitely avoid August.

Near to the commercial area but pretty quiet A few minutes walking to the beach.Spacious bedrooms. The hosts are very kind even if only Irene speak english. Safe parking area inside property. Balcony along the apartament.

Exceptional

We loved Helen's House! First our hosts, Irene and her father, were so nice, warm, friendly and discrete at the same time, we felt really welcome and as if at home. We had an appartment at the third floor. The view was great. We loved the the terrace and balcony, that were on the opposite sides of the appartment, so we had a nice shadow all the time. Terrace is beautiful with such a nice breeze. The house was perfectly clean and we had absolutely everything we needed (traveled with two kids, so using kitchen and everything). Downstairs in the house there is a laundry than could be used - we loved that. Private parking inside the property. Ksamil is a very noisy and crowded in summer, and the house has an excellent location, near centre and beach but still in a quiter area. Highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend Helen’s house!

The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, with everything you need in it. The furnitures was new. The beds were comfortable, the climatisation was able to calm the hole apartment just for a couple of minutes. The beaches were 5minutes by foot from the property, as well as the main street with all the restaurants, bars and gift shops. The isolation of the windows was perfect because Ksamil is a loud city, the music is not stopping, but with closed windows we didn’t hear a thing. The landlords were very kind and welcoming. They spoke good english and the communication was super easy! Thank you for your warm welcoming!

Very comfortoble apartment with all equipment we need. We also like the terase and the view from it. Irena and her parents were very helpful with everything we need. Apartment is very nice and super clean. In the basemant were 2 washmachines which we could use when we need. The parking on the yard is great.

Good spacious apartment near to everything

This is a good, spacious apartment with very welcoming hosts who responded quickly to every wish we had. The apartment was very clean on our arrival, there is a sea view from one of the balconies. The kitchen facilities are OK. It is close to the beach and pretty much everything, we didn't use our car for a week. Private secure parking was nice.

The apartment is on the third floor which is not a big deal if you know it in advance, however, the stairs are very slippery, especially if they are wet or your sleepers are wet, two of us felt, so be careful. I hope that Helena will do something about them.

The stay at HELEN / S HOUSE 'surpassed all expectations. It was just great. The apartments are cozy and equipped with everything you need. situated in 2 minutes from the beaches of Ksamil. Perfect cleanliness. Free parking in the yard. Irina speaks good English, so there were no problems with communication. Her father Vasilis lives on the 1st floor of the house. A very nice and kind person. Despite the language barrier, we understood each other. He treated us to fish and local delicacies. We were like at home there. We discovered Albania and the Albanians. A magnificent country and friendly people. They appreciate tourists, and Albania itself is very actively developing in this direction. It remains to wish these people success and victories. Super people. Recommend. Next year, We'll have a rest only there. Long live Albania!

Exceptional

Location is extremely good the beach is 2 min away and the view is amazing. Irena and her father gave a lot of love to the house. They are always available for anything you need. We had some special request about the Menta and they went in the city and found it for us it was amazing. Rooms are more clean and fresh then you can imagine. Everything is new and improving and you will not regret coming to this house ever.

Fantastic apartments

Very nice, clean, spacious apartment, with balcony, with air conditioner, location near the beach, private area with parking. We had apartments with 2 bedrooms with double bed each. It was better than 5 stars hotel! Very nice and friendly hosts, many thanks to them!

New, 2-storey building with 4 apartments for rent. Very kind, helpful owners, parking lot within the yard with locked gate. Apartments with 2 bedrooms, aircon, kitchen, refrigerator, balcony with nice panorama. Modern, well equipped, clean apartments. Grocery store and plenty of restaurants within 1-2 min. walking. Beach is nearby, but crowded and sunbeds are expensive. Better to get out of town for quiet, rocky beach with clear sea.

The location was great. Less than 5 minutes to the beach. The rooms were clean and cozy. The kitchen has a toaster :) The host was very polite and even drove us to one of the beaches with her car. Tasty gyro in the neighborhood.

Reggeli nem volt az árban, ettől függetlenül volt kávé, tea, gyümölcs, olajbogyó, amire nem is számítottunk, de nagyon örültünk neki.

Välutrustat boende med strandnära läge i Ksamil.

Väutrustad lägenhet med en fantastiskt läge. Vi välkomnades med en flaska vin och vatten i kylskåpet. Snabb respons från värdens dotter när vi hade frågor. Bäst av allt var ändå värden som servade oss med allt.

Det saknades luftkonditionering i sovrummen. Det fungerade bra i september men kan nog bli varmt under högsäsong. Ligger nära beachområdet vilket innebar hög musik till sena kvällen..

Très bel appartement. Très bon emplacement. A 10 min de la plage et des commerces. Les parents du propriétaire vivent au RDC et sont très attentifs et serviables.

Une maison abandonnée en face. Dommage sinon la vue aurait été encore plus belle. Mais c'est pas du fait du propriétaire.

Ne qendruam ne apartamentin ne kat te fundit me dy dhoma. Hapsira ishte e shume bollshme dhe pamja shume e bukur nga deti. Pozicioni ishte shume i mire, afer me gjitshka dhe mund te shkosh ne plazh ne kembe. Te zotet e shtepise shume te sjellshem dhe mikprites. Gjithshka super pertej pritshmerive!

Właściciele nie mówią po angielsku ale nie stanowiło to żadnej przeszkody. Kochani ludzie! Lokalizacja idealna, blisko centrum ale nie przy głównej ulicy. Mieszkanie wyposażone w podstawowe rzeczy typu sól, pieprz, kawa, żele pod prysznic itp.

Przydałaby się zmywarka ale to tylko detal. Słychać w nocy muzykę z klubu (ale to chyba w całym mieście 🙂)

Totul a fost bine

Locația este aproape de plaja, magazine și restaurante. Apartamentul are prosoape, aer condiționat (doar în sufragerie) și două dormitoare separate. Proprietarii si ei au fost foarte drăguți

Totul a fost destul de ok, dar având în vedere prețul destul de ridicat al cazării ( 5 zile 600€) ar trebui puțin renovate camerele deoarece mobila este una veche, iar in dormitoare este foarte cald
