Amazing villa and hospitality in Ksamil

The staff at Villa Xristos were so welcoming and meeting them was a highlight of our time in Ksamil! The room was huge and had everything we needed. The grounds of the house are so peaceful. A 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Ksmail and private parking. Do not hesitate to book here for your stay :)

Cozy Comfy and Super Clean! Loved it !

The room and the property altogether was well loved, taken care of and spotless. The garden was very beautiful too and perfect for kids play too. Balconies very comfy and nice view. Hosts are lovely and always there to help! Would definitely recommend !

I recommend this villa to those who want a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The perfect accommodation for a nice holiday in Ksamil. The villa is located in a quit neighbourhood, 15 minutes walk from the city and nearest beaches. The apartment we stayed in, was enough spacious for 3 people, very clean and comfortable. The yard is nice arranged and maintained. Private parking. Hosts Xristos and Natasha extremely kindly, even if they do not speak English, google translator was helpful.

καλα περασαμε στο εξαμιλι αλλα δεν θα ξαναεμενα εκει

καθαρο σπιτι ανετο με μεγαλη βεραντα και αυλη σε καλη τοποθεσια.οι ιδικοτητες μας βοηθησαν με το που να παμε να φαμε και να κανουμε μπανιο επισης μας εβαλαν πλυντηριο τα ρουχα που ειχαμε απλυτα και μασ κερασαν σπιτικο φαγητο

ελλειψη ιδιωτικοτητας γιατι οι ιδιοκτητες καθονται ολη την ωρα στην αυλη και παρατηρουν τα παντα,το σπιτι δεν ηταν ακριβως οπως στισ φωτογραφιες δεν εδειχναν το μπανιο το οποιο ηταν μια σταλια χωρισ μπανιερα και παραθυρο κανονικο ειχε ενα μικρο παραθυρο με σιτα το οποιο εβλεπε σε μια αποθηκουλα που σου εφερνε μια αισθηση λεσ και σε παρακολουθουν,ο ιδικοτητης δυο φορες ενω ημουν στο μπανιο μπηκε μεσα στην αποθηκουλα την μια φορα ενω κατουραγα και την δευτερη φορα ενω εκανα μπανιο με αποτελεσμα να νιωσω ασχημα και μας ειδε οτι γυρισαμε απο παραλια και θα καναμε μπανιο αλλα αυτος ανενοχλητος ειπε να κανει τισ δουλειες του γενικα παρατηρουσαν και ακουγαν τα παντα ηταν ολοι την ωρα στην αυλη με αποτελεσμα να μην μπορεις να κατσεις ανετα στο μπαλκονι,ελεγε οτι το σπιτι εχει φουρνο και πλυντηριο ενω δεν ειχε,ελεγε οτι εχει ψησταρια μπαρμπεκιου ενω δεν ειχε,οι ιδιοκτητες κυριος ο χριστος θα σου αναφερουν για την καταναλωση ρευματος και νερου λες και βγαζουν λιγα απο το ενικοιο,μπορει να μου ζητησες να βαλω 10 χριστο κραζοντας αυτους που δεν εβαλαν καλη βαθμολογια αλλα θα ειμαι ειλικρινης και αντικειμενικος

Fantastica vacanza

Mi è piaciuto tutto, in particolare modo i proprietari, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Xristo e Natasha 2 persone fantastiche, lei tutti i giorni ci preparava dei cibi biologici del posto quando preparava per lei e il marito. Xristo ha dedicato molto tempo a spiegarmi come ottenere un bel giardino come il suo. Peccato la difficoltà con la lingua, sarebbe stato magnifico riuscire a comunicare con più facilità. La casa è stupenda, fresca ( abbiamo acceso il condizionatore una sola volta) veranda enorme all'ombra, giardino favoloso, posizione strategica, tra poco meno e poco più di un km tutte le spiaggie, bianche, attrezzate, pulite e mare spettacolare,. Non finirò mai di ringraziare queste persone, proverò a ritornarci. Grazie di ❤️

Apartamente destul de spațioase, gradina îngrijită

Plaja cea mai apropiata 1350 m, lipsa facilități specificate pe site(grătar, TV, aparat de făcut cafea) au fost criterii pentru alegere (sejurul in timpul Campionatului European de fotbal), gazdele nu vorbesc engleza, nu sunt comunicative, pentru spălatul hainelor ne-a fost solicitat detergent, baie îngustă, fara geam (ap 1), dusuri incomode.
