BOOKING.COM ARE WANKERS

it was a HMO and it was an asian HMO where as the people were walking about arguing outside my door banging on my door at 3 and 4 in the morning. my car was broken into and all of my clothes were stolen. it was a terrible place and it should have a warning on the property because people like me dont know the areas. i am disgusted.

there wasnt even a television in the room. just a bed and a wardrobe. FOR A MONTH. I GOT IN TOUCH WITH OUR COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT AND DIDNT EVEN GET A REPLY.

The property needs updating and be looked after.

It is a nice property adapted to people with walking difficultes. There is an adapted toilette on the ground floor. Unfortunatelly there are steps to climb to the property door and the lift / chair to climb to the first floor didn' work !

There is a large kitchen but not all the applicances work properly: The oven didn' work, There is a TV on the kitchen that doesn't wort either. There is no dishwasher. It is a pity all those little things, because the property "has potential".

Perfect house

This house was so clean and was so comfortable and close to Lidl, not far from town. We thought the house would be am old house but no was a lovely house definitely will book again.

Great Location, spacious and clean

Professionally maintained, easy check in / check out. Very spacious- we could easily fit 6 adults with 5 kids without any issues. There were kitchen utensils to use, towels in room, toiletries etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Two of the bathrooms lock were not functioning, but we could manage without them

Great Value House In Birmingham City Centre

There was plenty of rooms to share between me and my friends and each and every one had a good amount of space with comfy beds. A lot of storage space is provided for clothes etc and fresh towels. Overall good value for money.
