From out side it looked nice but inside wasn’t the money worth

Cheap and what you get is the cheapest as you can get

It could use some Renewal of furniture and the toilet needs a proper work. They charge you if you check in late.

Nothing to be honest it was dreadful. we left at 6 am. Couldn't sleep because of the noise and constant banging and uncomfortable beds

Pretty much everything if being honest, it was the worst place we have stayed in a long time. The heating was barely working when it was -5 outside. We were all in coats, not what you expect when you're paying for room for 1 night . The door frame was hanging off the shower, and it didn't work. Water went everywhere. The beds were uncomfortable, so none of us slept left early, very tired and annoyed that we wasted money on a sleepless night .

It's alright

Its alright tbh honest. Didn't find it as bad as some reviewers. After reading the reviews, I wanted to cancel but thought only staying a few hours so prepared for the worst. But because my expectation was low. I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, bedsheets clean. A bit cold in the day, but heaters were on at night so it was warm. Beds weren't the best but for the price, its ok. The amenities like tea and coffee were good actually. Have to walk to shared bathroom and it's ok. Kind of like visiting a relatives bathroom- not too bad but ok. So, if you want basic stay, that's exactly what this is and the price reflects that.

Room door opening system- manual code and handwritten - which I couldn't understand but fortunately there was a live in manager who was at hand to help.

The location was convenient, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, the overall standard of the accommodation was well below expectations. The room was uncomfortable, the facilities appeared poorly maintained, and the level of cleanliness was not satisfactory. In addition, the general condition of the property created an environment that did not feel well cared for, which affected the quality of my stay.

It was covered in dirt , cockroaches climbing on the wall and stains on the wall looking like human residue. The shower door wasn’t in the shower it was leaning against the wall The car park was covered in left over building bits

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were great and went above and beyond to help. It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Definitely staying for a second time

Moldy house which needs renovations

Parking space was ok. Plenty of toiletries. Shower water was working fine. Even a lota is provided. There is a fridge in a family room.

Very damp place. Rooms in basement are cold. The whole place needs renovations. Bathrooms were dirty with mold everywhere and very cold, no ventilation system in bathroom either. Towels had brown stains. Ceilings leaking water. Your sleep may get disturbed in morning due to other guests wanting to take their car out because your's is blocking theirs. Then they charge to get fresh towels. Late check in fee which was unexpected. If you want to cook still he charges extra. The smell in the house is quite bad, no mop is provided in the bathrooms either. The tv isn't working and they want to charge a fee to use it.

Parking as in one morning I found people parked in front and back of my car and it was annoying to look for the owners of those cars and yet my time was moving and I was late big time for my appointment and one of the shower doors was broken,I was charged for bringing along my 10 year daughter and I paid,but for the above inconvenience the lodge didn't even apologise

I can't understand how anyone can live there.

Nothing. It’s so dirty everywhere. i can’t imagine how this mess exists.

The room door and the lock were almost broken, you could see through the frame. The room and all the common areas are so dirty. The walls in the room looked as if liquid had been spilled and dried on the wall and there were places where the paint had come off and the plaster was visible from inside. It had two towels and one was completely dirty and the sheets the same. The shared bathroom was completely dirty and water was dripping all over the ceiling.

Easy access. Parked easy on street. Great for a nights sleep. Comfy bed

1 plug socket. Kettle lead not long enough to boil on table so needed to boil on floor behind bed. Slept in converted type garages which are brill. Bit walls thin and noisy neighbours all night .
