THERE ARE SERIOUS PRIVACY ISSUES AT THIS APARTMENT — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
I booked this apartment for one night. From the beginning, the experience was poorly managed. I had to repeatedly follow up just to obtain the exact location and check-in instructions. Even on the day of check-in, they shared the location and details only after I contacted them. This process should be clear and hassle-free in advance, but it was not.
They provided me with a door key number and directed me to occupy a room on the ground floor. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room had no lock from the inside, which is a basic requirement for privacy and personal safety. Additionally, the bathroom was not attached to the room and also had no internal locking system. This meant that both the room and bathroom could be accessed by anyone at any time, which is completely unacceptable.
The property claimed to provide Wi-Fi, but in reality, there was no Wi-Fi available. The towels provided were dirty, as shown in the images attached.
The most serious issue occurred later that night. At around 12:30 AM, while I was sleeping in the room with an unlocked door (due to the lack of a lock), someone entered my room. I was shocked and frightened. Shortly after, the same person entered again and claimed that the room had been booked by them.
Confused and scared, I called the contact number provided by the property. They then informed me that I was supposed to stay in a room on the first floor, despite their earlier message clearly stating that my room was on the ground floor. After further discussion, they admitted that there was a mistake by the room manager in allocating the room. They simply apologized and abruptly ended the call.
Being woken up at midnight by a stranger entering my room, combined with the confusion over room allocation and the lack of basic security, was extremely distressing. The overall management of this property is completely irresponsible.

We booked for a 2x double bedroom but got the tripple beds in a room. although it was communicated, still it should have been their responsibility to put the two single beds together to make it a double bed. when we arrived all beds were separated and we were told we should move the beds together by ourselves.
The WiFi was not working.
The heater was only turned on at night and off again in the morning, so the place was really cold.
