The location was nice and peaceful
The tv in our bedroom was not connecting to the wifi and we end up connecting our phones

Off road parking. Lounge and both double bedrooms large and well furnished. Nice big towels provided. Plenty of hot water. Fans in both bedrooms (very much needed!) Likes outweigh the dislikes for a 1 night stay.
Shower room (no bath) a bit small and shower cubicle could have been cleaner. Kitchen poor as was provision of utensils. Too small for 2 never mind 4, and sharing would be a nightmare. Fortunately we booked the house (ie. both bedrooms). Plates of all different sizes, not enough cutlery (we struggled to find 3 forks even though we had access to the cupboards for both bedrooms), pans and lids thrown into cupboard willy nilly. Clearly not cleaned/sorted since the last let. Soms cupboards actually dirty. Cooker oven rather dirty but works well. Codes to get into the property and open the bedrooms not received via mobile phone until just before check in (3pm). We found this stressful as we were almost at the property with no information.
