Net and clean and setup everything

Locks on both the entrance and the door into the room. Although the bones on the place could use some TLC, everything else was mostly clean. There was an issue with the door on the washing machine getting stuck and they owners responded quickly and it was opened not long after, good response time. A short walk to a beautiful park.
The walls are really thin, no fault of the owners, but the neighbours decided they wanted to watch something at midnight on multiple nights and hearing the speaker turn on and off woke me. Same with the lock sounds, the two rooms are right next to each other and you can hear the code really loudly, especially when the other person there came back late at night.
It's a bit far from things, and the bus was irregular and often very late.
The house does need some TLC, and a deep clean in places, not to mention the rainfall shower head likes to make it rain in all directions.
Backyard is kind of difficult to use as the wooden decking is broken and looks unstable, the only bench was covered in weeds and the area lowest down was slimy and dirty, the grass was ok but again needs some work.

Convenient location
The shower and underneath the radiator was covered in mould.
No where on this listing was it stated it was a shared housing. Therefore we were rather startled when another guest was present.
