Our worst experience on this platform so far

Due to the many bad reviews, we were skeptical but wanted to give the accommodation a chance. What a mistake! We had entered our arrival time and even sent a message the day before to let them know we were coming – no response. The money was debited as scheduled. When we arrived, there was no one there. Only then did we receive a reply to our inquiry: they were unavailable. This is frustrating when you're standing right in front of the place and don't know where to go. It's quite striking that the host didn't even write "sorry," instead blaming everyone else. This is also noticeable when you read all the responses to complaints here. He's never at fault, it's always someone else or the circumstances – everything is against him. We own a holiday home ourselves that we offer. This is no way to behave. Neither the construction worker is responsible for informing us, and Booking.com isn't responsible either, as he wrote us. And yet, he simply refuses to refund the money (one click). Our worst experience on this platform so far. To everyone who, like us, thinks the few bad reviews are just a coincidence: Read all the accommodation's responses carefully; that's exactly how they'll respond to you. How reliable is someone who calls others liars? So, we advise against booking here. Additional costs have incurred. We made a claim with booking.com, and they initiated the refund.

This property honour Call to me he say don’t have a available for this flat and he say I think so something problem with the police inside property safety issue that’s why he not give to me and he say I give to you refund but I don’t receive any refund please sort out my refund

Misleading advertisement

The description didn't match so wasn't what we were looking for. Apartment described as having 2 bedrooms and private bathroom. Only access to 1 bedroom. No shower head on shower. Didn't stay.

There's nothing we didn't like me and the kids were very impressed 😁
