Room was tiny, but enough for a single person to put up a night or two. Clean bathroom with good hot shower. Good location in Chinatown

A great value location a short walk from Birmingham New Street station and ideally located for the Birmingham O2 and Utilita arenas. A small but well laid out space that was clean and well maintained. Probably too small for a long stay but ideal for a night or two.

Hotel. The area felt quite shady at night, and when I went out for dinner, I had people following me, which was extremely uncomfortable and frightening. The following morning, the police knocked on our door and asked whether we had heard any noise during the night, which added to our concerns and made us feel even more uneasy. There were gamblers sitting in the lobby giving women a very creepy look. I did not cancel and rebook somewhere only because i wouldn’t get any refund. Overall, I never felt safe during my stay and slept feeling scared and on edge. Safety is very important when choosing a hotel, and unfortunately, I did not have a comfortable or reassuring experience here.
