Ladywell House Suites

Location was great for our night out on Hurst Street gay scene. Easily accessible, entrance via codes so was flexible, straight-forward and the access details arrived in my inbox when they said they would. Room had everything we needed for a night's stay, was stylish, comfortable and clean.

Was surprised by noise from busy nightlife outside outside continued until about 4am, although to be fair the central location was location was the reason we chose it so can't really complain and had stayed out late ourselves! And the lift is terrifying! Not one for the faint hearted or if you don't like lifts 😂. At least there was a warning sign on the door about the jolts.

Property was good nice bed comfortable has all the amenities you’d need overall the place is good private clean and comfortable

The shower was faulty

Pillows were disgusting PUT THEM IN THE BIN Noisy outside but expected as in city centre

The property was reasonably close to the city centre and the owner was kind to allow me a late check out at no extra cost. For a short and affordable stay, it was okay overall

The room was quite basic and a little dated, and cleanliness could have been better. I found a used razor on the bathroom floor and there was no hairdryer. The area was also quite noisy in the evening and I personally did not feel completely comfortable walking around the neighbourhood at night. There was also some confusion about my late check out, as the cleaner had not been informed and entered the room in the morning while I was still there. She was very apologetic once I explained the situation, so it seemed to be simply a communication issue.
