A very convenient location for the University of Birmingham which I was visiting, and this was a spacious, comfortable, quiet and very reasonably priced en suite room.
Instructions for parking were a bit vague, and the entrance to the property from Maryvale Rd wasn't charming (once inside, it was fine).

It was easy to walk to from the wedding we’d attended. We found the room very spacious, relatively easy to access and I was surprised by the fridge, although we had nothing to put in it.
A much larger assortment of tea and coffee would have been nicer, perhaps some fresh milk in the fridge? I could hear a dog barking outside. Also I would have preferred access instructions before I set off for my trip. (Piece of mind)

I liked the shower facilities and how close it was to the chocolate factory which is where i was visiting with my son. It was also well located by the train station too.
