Perfect location for Cadburys World ( 5 mins walk) also to catch train into Birmingham. Although on a main road nice and quiet. Very friendly lady who showed us how to get in. Comfortable bed. Plenty of space in room.
The room needs a bit of a spruce up.... Walls need painting.
The bathroom really needs a spring clean. Dirty tiles at the bottom of shower. Toilet needs. Bleach clean. More tea/coffee needed if staying more than one night

Location and free parking.
It doesn’t quite work. You have plates and bowls but no cutlery. No hand towel in the bathroom. The towels they do provide are thin and stained and need replacing. There is no bedside table or lamp which is annoying:
