The property was clean and spacious, it was also cozy and felt homey. The host was very nice and understanding. He had great response time and made us feel welcome.

This apartment fulfilled all my needs as a solo female traveller. Very clean, had a fridge, toaster, water heater, microwave, tv. Bed was comfortable, there are 2 heaters which you can program as you like.
It is a bit far from thecity center, but there are 2 direct busses (no. 45 and 47) which take you there
There were some problems (a fire alarm going off in the building and I didn't find the right address at first), but the owner was very kind and patient, helped me with all minor issues.
I can fully recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to explore Birmingham and its surroundings.

Ideal location, felt safe and secure. All the facilities I could have wanted. Local fast food delivery. Close to convenience stores.
