Decent old hotel. The staff were exceptional and everywhere was clean and tidy. I would stay there again if in the area

The Edgbaston Village tram station was super close by, which was handy for getting in and out of the city. The hotel felt safe, quiet, and clean. The staff were warm and friendly. My bed was very comfy, water in the shower was hot (not great pressure though). I had a lovely view out of my large window, and was fortunate to have three sunny days.
