The staff were helpful, the room was nice and the location was easy to get to.

The bathroom door was broken so it wouldn't shut, which gave no privacy when in there.

Cool and trendy, the suite was huge, massive double shower, fireplace in the bedroom, fabulous.

The staff were friendly and the free parking in the city centre was great. The local area has a lot of places to eat and shops to purchase supplies from.

The first room I was assigned already had someone in there with dirty towels and slept in bed. The second room I was assigned the TV didn't work and at no point was I given the WiFi code.

Overall would nit recommend this hotel .not easy to find poor signs and littered streets outside

A very good location close to the city centre

The location is excellent, including the availability of car parking that close to the city centre. The two staff I met were very helpful.

The radiator didn't work, and the towel rail in the bathroom only came on in the middle of the night. I couldn't get hot water from the shower, and the TV was not connected to the internet feed, and didn't take the hotel wifi password.

An overnight quick stay

Perfect for an overnight stay with enough room in our room to spread out all of our luggage for re-packing. All toiletries were supplied and there were enough charging points in the room for all of our electronic devices to charge. The bed was comfy which induced a great night's sleep. As an avid park runner, I enjoyed the Edgbaston reservoir parkrun course which was only a couple of kilometers up the road from hotel LIV. It was also very handy having free off-street parking as the roads immediately in the area were narrow and busy with traffic.

The only unfortunate thing is that put a blight on our stay was the unpleasant odor that wafted through the room on random occasions. We think it was coming through the bathroom pipework but could not confirm. Apparently, the owners know about it and have a plan to rectify. If this issue gets fixed, we would definitely stay again

All the reception staff were great Extremely helpful and welcoming. Since we both have some disabilities we were able to access the car park by the back door.

We were surprised that breakfast was not available. Also the heated towel rail didn’t work.

Not a pleasant stay..

The cleanliness

The top floor roof is low (loft ceiling) and asked to change the room as this wasn't in the description, no rooms available. The room was very small, not good for tall people. There is no lift to the top floor. Bar next door very noisy couldn't sleep. Rooms are not soundproof. All noise from neighbouring rooms could be heard. Had problems with locking the doors on both the main door and the toilet door Water wasn't hot Even though their is parking, it's not guaranteed as it is also used by the bar, and upon arrival, it was full, so we were asked to park outside. Didn't sleep well.

This is a scam and not a Hotel at all. You can name this place a bed and breakfast. They refurbished the lobby, and if you look at the ads just they have some photos of the lobby. The rest of the building is dirty. Do not waste your money in this place.
