Very spacious house! Perfect for me and my friends who live all over the country to come together for a weekend away. There were lots of beds and rooms, and had 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. Garden was spacious, and had a bench to sit outside on. Big drive that could fit 4 cars on. Easy access to Norwich by train which was ideal for us. 2 fridges, which was great as we had brought lots of food and drink with us.

The only disappointment was the aircon which was the main reason we booked this property. There are lots of pictures of the aircon in the house on booking.com, but we received a message the day before to say we could not touch the aircon as it wasn’t working. I think it would be best if on the pictures of the house the aircon is cropped out, as this is misleading. It was quite hot in the house as it was during a heatwave in July, so it would have been good to have a few fans and things about the house - no one had brought any as we assumed the house had aircon. The aircon also had lights that would flash all night above your head so I actually woke up a few times because of this. Other than that though I could not fault the property in any way.

The location as well as facilities were perfect for my stay. Staff was kind and obliging.

The property was in a perfect, quiet location which we all liked. Very spacious and perfect for our needs.

If we could just give one negative review it would be that the outside area at the back of the property could definitely benefit from a patio set with chairs as the picnic benches there are a bit wobbly and not ideal when you are sat outside enjoying the sunshine as they play havoc with your back and not very comfortable
