Nice stay cosy and warm, good location.

Ideal location for city centre

Ideal location. 10-15 min walk to city centre. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Although the shower had very good pressure, when I first turned it on, water shot upwards from the joint at the top of the shower head: someone had loosened the shower head. The basin in the shower room was extremely small and not very usable/practical, especially if wet shaving.

Very good location for these Appartment’s in Norwich and reasonably priced. The owner / manager was very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable and well laid out Appartment.

The door into the bathroom got jammed when locked and I got stuck in there! The Appartment could do with a few more amenities, such as tumbler glasses.

Wouldn’t stay again without confirmation that they have changed their check in processes which are clearly flawed.

Room was comfortable and clean

Check in process was awful, someone else had managed to use the lock box and check in to our pre booked room, so we had to call multiple times to try and access another room as there were no staff on site at 6pm on a Saturday. Flawed process. I was told by Kelly on the phone on that night that she would call me after check out to discuss reimbursement and she never did. Still waiting for any update or resolution.

Very comfortable accommodation

Booked this place for its location while attending a concert at the LCR, and it didn’t disappoint. The cab from the apartment was only £7, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated, very comfortable, and absolutely faultless. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. Would highly recommend.

No spoons to eat my soup with just a teaspoon, cooker inside was dirty ,no tv as you could only get 1 channel on and no Internet service all night on my second night which I panicked about as no one could reach me

Beautiful place to stay , needs better cleaning and took over 8 days to get my deposit back

Overall a lovely place

Bag of unopened lettuce left in fridge. Was brown and out of date. Microwave was dirty peddle bin was broken and had old food in the bottom of it when you took bag out. Kitchen sink plug hole had food stuck all in it.

Not worth the money

Rooms where spacious, staff helpful and friendly

On booking was never told there was a further £98 deposits which they did waver, also said rooms were soundproof which wasn’t the case when people came in screaming and shouting at 2am, someone had left there dog barking all day which staff did sort out, my room wasn’t exactly clean marks on the tiles in the bathroom, bits on the floor in the bedroom, pillows yellow as pillow cases not covering them properly, not fitted sheet just a sheet that barely fit the bed

Two slight issues, bathroom door is so difficult to open that I was convinced it was locked. Dressing table chair has a missing screw and makes it dangerous to use.

Terrible experience.

Bad experience. Unclean facilities. 1 pan. No cutlery. Very dirty. Bedsheets stained. Pillows were yellow and no filling. Lights didn’t work had to get new lightbulbs as no concierge. Mirror not fixed to the wall and broke as lights didn’t work causing injury. Money taken from my bank without authorisation. Complained but no reply.

Took over 2rs for someone to call me back in the morning after looking to cancel due to hidden charges. The toilet was broken on arrival and still broken when we left. White towels with brown stains on them and dirty cups. Couldn't wash them up as only given waterd down liquid with barely anything left .

Perfect stay for a Norwich city break

Great location super easy to get into city centre clean spacious and just a nice place to stay. The roll top bath was luxurious and much needed after a long days walking

Overall. It was nice but loud so if you are a heavy sleeper you will be fine.

Had nice contained rooms with a kitchen bathroom and bed. Bed was really comfortable. Good value for money. Showers gel and shampoo. A little milk in the fridge, teas coffees etc which was a nice touch.

It was very very loud. Could hear the cleaner next door at 8.30am, all the traffic. The windows didn’t close properly which didn’t help. Quite a lot of cobwebs. Booked three rooms. Odd that two of us were together in one block but one room wasn’t. Would have been nice to all be together which they would have known on booking.
