Unique Central Town House

We loved everything about the townhouse. It was well kept, spacious, loved the veranda, and the garden. The house had two beautiful bedrooms. It felt private even though it was so close to the centre of the city. Norwich itself is the best city ive been to and ive been to A LOT.... All in all an amazing stay thank you.

Garden could have been swept a bit but there's lots of trees so its understandable

I liked the layout. Patio and garden area. The beds and place had literally everything. We would stay again and hope the door etc is fixed by then as it was big worry that. We liked neighbours spoke to them. City near by and everything. Overall not that noisy.

Door lock as it needs replacing very fragile hard to lock and unlock and keys got jammed one point. The window latches kept getting stuck and downstairs on right side of sliding doors they wouldn’t lock as it was broken. The shower wouldn’t heat up properly either too hot or too cold and wouldn’t switch off properly and was still running when we left as result but all safe and when we arrived it was running so guests before must of had trouble or cleaning lady. The cutlery draw is very hidden and needs a label on it. The sliding door entering kitchen/front room was broken by prior person staying got told as result it was jammed and couldn’t use and I had to create a barricade cause dog as result of this as could not use door to protect him from dodgy stair case and stairs especially leading to basement I was not happy bout this part. Some cutlery was dirty and had to be re cleaned. Could do with new carpet in place. Some lights in dinning area didn’t work. Neighbours at back were bit of pain Friday night. Hard to find where we had to put rubbish as wasn’t clear what big bin to use round rear property.

Great location & accommodation

Location, comfortable well equipped.

Location was good. Close to city centre. Lovely place for breakfast down the road. Bedrooms comfortable.

Generally the cleaning needs improvement. Lots of dust and cobwebs and spiders (on stairs, behind beds etc), lipstick on glass, carpets need a clean etc. Although there is an outdoor area, it is not clean and not pleasant to sit out in . No dryer.
