The location was right next to the railway station so excellent. Plenty of cleaning products in the kitchen! It had everything you could need.
We were there in a heatwave, so this may be unfair, but the little fridge couldn’t cope and froze our food. We couldn’t find the fridge thermostat if there was one. The outside entrance door was very difficult to open, needed lifting to stop it getting stuck.

At the time of booking, I was asked approx ETA which was 2pm. At no point was I told that I had to pay extra £15 for early check in. So on the day at 2pm, I was waiting for the code for key, I sent message to chase, I was advised had to pay the extra charge, which I would have happily done at the beginning if had known.

Location
There was no reference to it being a first floor flat.
I had an injured knee. We had two large dogs that do not climb stairs due to health issues. An external photo within the photo gallery should have been included.
