Great location and good size, clean apartment

Great Location. Very clean and tidy. Good facilities. Easy access to the building. Allocated car parking space

The futon could do with an upgrade, it looked quite shabby and very uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV. The beds were also quite hard

Basic & value for money.

Flat was clean & warm. Well equipped kitchen with tea/coffee/biscuits & washing up liquid/cloths etc. Local shops (fish & chips, convenience store etc) are about 3 mins walk. Just 15 mins walk into city.

Nearly all the blinds had to be rolled up by hand ie the cords were broken.The door buzzer/telecom didn't work so we didn't hear the takeaway delivery arriving. The shower head was too heavy for the pole to support so it kept falling off when showering.

Great place to stay

Super clean, very quiet. Good kitchen and appliances. Good parking. Great location close to centre of Norwich. Loved the tea/coffee and biscuits that were left. Fridge and freezer clean. Nice and warm and comfy furniture. Spacious and great value for money.

Shower was a little lacking in power. Toilet seat needed fixing. Needed some more cutlery and some oven gloves. Matress was a little flat but still comfy

Great for location.

Great location for exploring Norwich and the surrounding area. Having a parking space was really useful. This is a basically equipped, no frills apartment.

Very little in the way of furniture, a small coffee table by the sofa would be useful. The bedroom needs two bedside tables and lamps rather than just the one. There is an air conditioning unit attached to the building outside which started up about 2.30am each night and went on for about an hour. It was extremely noisy so all windows had to be closed which then made the apartment uncomfortably hot for sleeping, I appreciate that this is out of the hands of the apartment's owner.

A good size, well kept and good facilities.

Right next to an alleyway and all windows are located on the alleyway side so can really leave them open if you want a good nights sleep.

Our stay was brilliant and comfortable. beautiful apartment and well kept. Very close to town and amenities.

The size of the beds, being used touch bigger at home it was a struggle adjusting but then again, please don't note this as bad as in terms of comfort, the mattress and pillows were lovely.

A great sized apartment for the 3 of us - it’s always tricky finding affordable accommodation for 3 individuals so the apartment layout and bed configuration was really good for us. The location was good too as we had relatives in Norwich who were an easy walk away. And the fact it had dedicated off street parking was also good. Close to a supermarket and other basic shops too.

There was a slightly unusual smell when we first arrived but it did go eventually once we opened the windows. We also had to close the windows because the resident who lived just below the apartment spent all afternoon outside smoking. Not much you can do about this but it was a thing!!

Good central location with off-road parking space

The location was ideal for us, close to the city centre. Having an off road parking space was great too. Despite being very central close to the inner ring road, we were not disturbed by traffic noise at night. The bedroom and living space were spacious. It was nice to have a king-size bed.

The mattress on the bed was a bit too soft for my partner, but I was happy with it.

Great apartment, Great city

Very clean and tidy, with all amenities working. Parking is in a dedicated bay to the property so no need to worry about permits and such.

The location is very near the town centre and very walkable but the estate itself isn't the nicest area of Norwich and looks a little tired.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, lovely big bed. Information from Felicity was good on how to get in etc,lovely stay

The shower was a little slippery, a mat would resolve this, and the bin wouldn't close but minor issues Maybe supply a map or info on the best way to get to the different areas of Norwich. But all in all a wonderful short break

It was a very location, central to everything we had planned to do.

It was very hot, although it did have a fun. The weather was exceptionally hot. We didn’t like the mats on the floor, as we kept tripping over them. Apart from that, we had a very good stay.

Overall good value apartment, good location.

Free parking, nice spacious apartment , good facilities , everything you needed supplied.

Bathroom desperately needs refurbishing, radiator needs repainting as well as the ceiling. Could do with a non slip mat in the shower. Also remove the rug outside the door to the apartment as this is quite dangerous. The auto light in the hall does not come on until you are half way down the stairs.

Great apartment for walking access to Norwich

Great location for walking access to the centre of Norwich (about a 10-15 minute walk). The apartment was clean and well equipped and has a parking space.

The beds were very, very hard, which made it difficult to sleep. This would be easily solved by adding a decent mattress topper! A comfortable bed would have changed my rating from good to excellent!

Clean, well-equipped apartment in a quiet part of town. Perfect.

The apartment was clean, tidy and well-equipped. The host was very helpful and provided all the information we needed in a timely manner. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, only a short walk from Norwich city centre and on the right side of town to visit the university. I would definitely recommend.

Great location for walking into the city and it was very clean. Very good value for money.

The shower needs attention ASAP as it isn’t draining, so we had to keep turning the water off whilst showering to let the water drain away, so we didn’t flood the downstairs apartment!

Great for a weekend business break!

Really simple process to get the keys on arrival and great communication from the owners ahead of time to confirm what was what. The location was ideal for us to travel to the Norfolk Showground each morning and was in a quiet residential area with very little disturbance. Very close to an exceptional little fish and chip shop too!

Location perfect, quiet area but close to city centre walking. The park nearby. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Small but nice space to use as lay out and how was organized was a very practical appartment. Comunication with appartment before going pleased, as I was replied to my enquiries

Missing to have proper table+ extra chairs instead of high stools, particularly because I was travelling with my 86 elderly mother- I mentioned this when I asked for a ground floor appartment, otherwise it wouldn't have been an issue.

A great venue within easy distance for the town

Great location, spotlessly clean, allocated parking a local supermarket and a fabulously big shower.. and great communication from Felicity

My only one criticism is that lack of accessible plugs in the bedroom to charge mobile devises, as you had to pull the bed out each night to access the socket, which I think could be easily resolved with an short extension lead. But otherwise it was a great stay.
