PARKING INFO: There is no on site parking at the property. The closest is the NCP on St Stephens Rd which is a 2-3 min walk or St Andrews which is a 15 min walk. If arriving by car you can park outside the property on St Stephens Rd for a few minutes whilst you unload. (check for traffic wardens as it is permit / pay and display parking).

• Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in.

• Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change.

• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.

• Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
