Good location with free parking.
Excellent communications prior to the visit, including detailed photos on how to find the apartment.
Whilst the apartment was nice, the entry & lift were a bit tired & not very welcoming.

Great location, right in The Lanes and within easy walking distance of Cathedral, Castle, Market and numerous pubs and restaurants.
Facilities at the apartment were excellent; all mod cons including a very welcome fan - we were there in a heatwave!
Host gave us wonderfully clear directions on how to get there, as it was a bit tricky; how to get into building and apartment ; & then contacted us to make sure everything had gone smoothly.
Nothing really that we didn't like. Getting round the bed was a bit of an effort - my partner couldn't actually do it. Could be a problem for elderly people.
It was quite dusty - lots of pretty artificial flowers but all crying out for a good clean.
