Stylish Apartment Near Norwich Cathedral & Castle

Spacious apartment which was clean and tidy and all facilities needed for a weekend break. Ideal location for the centre of Norwich.

Very spacious. Well equipped. Location excellent.

Lots of noise from early in the morning till gone midnight - deliveries to restaurants, bottle collections etc. unavoidable given location but also lots of banging and odd noises from within the building. Didn’t spoil our holiday as early risers buts some guests might struggle.

Loved it! Felt like a home from home, beautiful decor and really spacious. Nice touches like a welcome bottle and biscuits, tea and milk. Very clean.

It was very hot! But management have already responded to say an air-conditioning unit has been purchased for flat. The building it is in feels a bit grubby and not so nice - but the flat itself is gorgeous!

Flat is situated in a great geographic location very close to the central area of Norwich, loads of attractions, restaurants, shops, within walking distance. Flat itself on the first floor is nice, spacious, modern, clean, has most amenities needed with a few but notable exceptions. Yummy cookies + small bottle of wine upon arrival was a nice touch.

Location right above a restaurant was hardly ideal (noise, smell, elevated temperature). Restaurant and recycling bins right outside main entrance / right underneath living and bedroom windows - unsightly, smelly, noisy every time recyclables were dumped, incl multiple times at night. Unable to open any window in the flat, so it got very hot and there was hardly any outside air and natural ventilation available, the fans provided were insufficient. No parking available, despite flat having an assigned spot in the garage underneath the building. No clarification of the parking situation was available at booking stage. A 3 night stay in a nearby 24 hour car park added an extra £50 to the cost of the rental, plus the inconvenience of negotiating un/loading upon arrival and departure on a busy road. And lastly, on the second day of our stay, an estate agent showed up with a potential buyer to view the flat, which was unexpected and downright unpleasant.
