Great location, easy to walk to all sorts of interesting sights and food. Clean and as pictured.
Overall it was a good base for exploring but the sofa was not the best to sleep on as a full bed as you had the hard frame of the furniture and the depressions of the cushion area making it difficult to find a comfortable position. Maybe okay for 1 as a sofa. Also would be good to have more places to hang the bath towels to dry.

It is in an excellent location near the market and it is easy to walk to the cathedral and the castle. Having free parking was excellent. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. All the equipment worked. The manager was very helpful.
It is a pity that people just leave rubbish in the car park. I was confused because I thought I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment but the booking confirmation and later emails suggested that the second bed was a sofa bed. However, when we arrived we found 2 separate bedrooms. If the apartment booked has 2 bedrooms it would be good to specifically state this in Booking.com’s booking confirmation form. I was given detailed instructions about the location but found it difficult to spot the entrance as I have no concept of distance in miles. I would have found it more helpful to be told that you turn right into Pottergate from Cow Hill and the car park is further along on the right, after 54 Pottergate, where there is a large sign for St Giles House as well as a blue sign for Vantage House.

Location was great parking was handy
Communal area stunk of cannabis and felt very iffy Sofa looked great but was like a rock most uncomfortable sofa I’ve ever sat on
