overpriced . not described correctly, great location

the bed in the front bedroom was broken to the bottom, the cinema room was the size of a tv, the hot tub was hard to use and not in good condition, loose slabs near the hot tub also. bin was full to the front of the property and for a property advertised as stunning then i would say is not a good description. walls, skirting etc visible marks and cracks ( a lot) there wasn't anything stunning had to wait to 10 mins to gain the correct key code number, and phoned prior to our day of arrival as was sent multiple emails of the same context, nothing was easy

Everything wasn’t pleasant to look at neighbours were so noisy and kept us awake the staff were so rude and accused me of being a liar there were no basic essentials in the house and overall a very bad stay do not recommend they also made me park outside with no permit as they said they have a permit for me but when I got there it had magically disappeared

there wasn’t a lot to dislike but the front door doesn’t feel like the most secure there is a big gap between door and door frame.

Comfortable, clean and a great location too.

The beds were so comfy and the whole decor was lovely. I really liked the whole style of the house with the white walls and minimalist theme. The location was good and having Sainsburys in your back garden was a bonus too. Having lots of towels and an amazing shower was fabulous too. Nice and easy to walk in to town and always got a parking space right outside the house.

Really could've done with an extra bedside table on my husbands side of the bed. I took out a drawer and turned it upside down so he could use that. Also really dont like to complain ever but a 'coffee machine' or filter set up would've made it all perfect. We forgot to bring our own and were really disappointed there was only instant coffee. Even just a cheep plastic single cup filter holder would be ok. You may also want to get a better quality frying pan too... sorry

Cleanliness was brilliant couldn’t fault that at all. Great location Easy to park On a dark wet day - we walked into a nice warm house (heating was already on for us which was a nice touch)

Hot tub didn’t work , was broken . This upset us the most because that was the main feature for staying there. We tried to call the number for any problems with the hot tub but no reply to messages and no answer to calls . I wouldn’t call it a cinema room either , it’s just a living room with a projector , sound quality was rubbish as well. The sofas in the living room were not ideal for where the screen was on the wall , if u were to watch a movie for a couple of hours u would get stiff neck. However we have to understand it is a small living space - did the job. we moved the sofa around the room to accommodate comfy seating which was no problem only took 2 seconds to do . The location of the bathroom not ideal , however the shower was very nice , no problem with temperature of water etc . When we got into bed there was no remotes for any tv’s upstairs so couldn’t watch tv. (Maybe my mrs hid it up on purpose) 😂. However I had a friend stay there recently and they had same issues . No remotes for tv. Fault with hot tub .

the house is well located, clean, everything is well organized, the hydro was clean, the hot water was good to relax, I loved it.

The bed is very low so we sleep on the highest one if you are a heavier person or have a back problem it is very difficult I think it is something for you to review the height of the bed and the mattresses

the location is really close to town centre, literally a 10 minute walk to town centre, shower was amazing, projector was a plus and the hot tub was incredible also, you also got basic cooking tools and toilet roll, milk and things to clean with so overall everything about the property was a plus

Very disappointing. I don't like to give a bad review as the house as some nice bits.

I was in contact with Adam who l assume was an agent due to issues l experienced. Adam did try to help but unfortunately we could not find a resolution that met our needs. Adam however did try. The enclosed garden with hot tub was lovely and this is the reason why we did not move from the property along with the houses location.

On the description it did not say that the house is not suitable for those with mobility issues and did not explain about the very very steep stairs and downstairs bathroom. I do have complex mobility issues so l could not manage the stairs but even those who do not have mobility issues found the stairs very difficult and did not feel safe when they needed to use the bathroom at night. I ended up sleeping on the sofa for two nights which was incredibly uncomfortable. Adam did offer an alternative on the second night which was through A B and B but this was further away from the venue we were attending for a concert and given there was not easy access to a taxi this would have been no good for me as l needed to be able to walk back. Alongside this two members of our party really wanted to be able to use the hot tub which the alternative did not have. The cinema room is a lounge with a projector. There are two sofa's again which were not very comfortable and were facing into the room so to watch anything on the screen not very comfortable. There is parking on the road side but the road is very narrow so the car had to be bumped on to the path, not ideal. You have to go through one bedroom to get to another so if it is adults in the home not very private. I really wouldn't want to take children to the house due to the steep stairs and downstairs bathroom The house was clean and had some positives but given the tiredness l experienced due to sleep provision l found it difficult to see this and was desperate to get home. This house was not cheap either so have to say feel very disappointed and am putting a complaint in with the owner.

We enjoyed our stay

Good location for where we needed to be. Good space downstairs. Nice hot tub.

It wasn’t really made clear that you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. We we three friends each with our partners so even though we made it work we would have been a bit more comfortable if we didn’t have to walk through each other’s rooms. It’s a very small thing but there were only 5 forks - and the house can sleep up to 6 so things like that are not ideal.

Misleading and expensive. Awful.

Property is situated in the city centre which is convenient. The rooms are large, the bedrooms very spacious, and overall it was very clean.

I was horrified to pay for the booking and then find out a deposit was required, amounting to a similar sum as the booking cost. Stayed for two nights, left the property in perfect condition but never got my deposit back and they even tried to debit my account for £80. I urge you to read the small print for they fine you for everything; Bins not taken out? £200 fine! There were no complimentary items what so ever. There is no cinema room- merely a projector screen in the living room. The listing states 3 bedrooms; in reality there are two because you have to go through a bedroom to get to the third. There was one bathroom for the entire house, a cramped room containing a pathetic shower, which was tacked on to the end of the kitchen downstairs. No bathroom facilities upstairs. The facilities listed require you to have an active imagination; for they do not exist. A total rip-off, disgustingly overpriced, I would go as far to say as it's a big con.

Luxury without breaking the bank!

I liked the ease of booking and checking in. The hot tub is an excellent addition and the accommodation with modern,clean and uncluttered.

Wasn’t a fan of the cinema surround sound, found it to be too basey! Rumbled the doors and couldn’t turn the sub woofer off.
