We believe in being upfront so you have a great stay:
• The home is close to a main road — traffic noise usually settles after rush hour and increases again from around 7am on weekdays
• Double glazing, shutters and noise-reducing curtains are provided
• This is an older, semi-detached property, so sound can travel
• Quiet hours: 10pm–8am
• Stairs are steep, typical of older homes — may not suit very young children
• Fireplaces are decorative only
We take ID from the lead guests and signed terms of stay for all bookings.
