PARKING INFO: This property offers parking. Head to the back of the house and look for the small wooden gate fronting your parking space. If arriving by car you can park outside the property on Pigg Lane Street for a few minutes whilst you unload. (check for traffic wardens as it is permit / pay and display parking). Please park ONLY one car in front of the gate marked with the number 12. The other spaces are reserved for the neighbors.

• Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in.

• Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change.

• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.

• Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
