PARKING INFO: Parking is on site. You can fit 2 vehicles on the driveway as well as make use of the free on the road parking. Please be aware to not block any neighbours driveways. If arriving by car you can park outside the property on 23 Lyhart Road for a few minutes whilst you unload. (check for traffic wardens as it is permit / pay and display parking).

• Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in.

• Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change.

• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.

• Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
