Great for family get-together

Very spacious and comfortable property, full of character, for 6 family members to get together between Christmas and New Year. Close to local amenities (pubs and shops), 6 miles from Norwich centre, and about half an hour from the coast.

The beds could do with being a bit more comfy (new mattresses) to be picky But is it old fashioned and that is nice in a modern world.

Perfrect for a family visit

Lovely quiet location with good access to the City centre and major routes. Lucy and Stuart were very helpful when the heating wasn't firing up, it was soon sorted and kept us cosy all weekend. Very relaxing stay.

Highly recommended - beautiful old house with a cosy feel, yet spacious enough for 8 guests.

Great accommodation for a family reunion - warm and cosy, excellent location. Lovely garden space for dogs and owners alike.

Plumbing was a little noisy - taps in upstairs bathroom!

Nice house, but not very comfortable

Good space, convenient location, clean.

Beds were too soft…mattresses in all four bedrooms desperately need replacing. The two double beds were very small…not comfortable for couples. The kitchen had very limited crockery (not even one tumbler each)…we kept having to wash up plates, bowls etc as no spares and very few utensils., no spatula, masher, tongs etc etc. and no basic condiments that all the other Airbnb’s seem to have (oil, salt etc). Garden furniture consisted of a very cheap trestle table…very uncomfortable…so not great to lounge around in the garden. No umbrella either…fortunately it wasn’t sunny! The house itself is lovely, but the facilities need to be upgraded for the price charged.
