Brilliant location close to the centre. Very spacious apartment. Nice and clean. This our second stay and we'd come again.

The stairs - 3 storeys may not be great if you have mobility issues.

Lovely house in a super city

Great location with parking included, cosy and spacious house. Very responsive host.

Boiler was noisy at night (in master bedroom) - maybe it could be enclosed in a cupboard? Dishwasher was broken, although this was not listed as a facility. Removing or replacing it would be a great idea.

The property is exceptionally comfortable with all facilities, location was ideal with city centre at walking distance. Our host Matt was very responsive to even our smallest of request.. Not to be missed!

Lovely 3 storey house with kitchen at the top. 3 double bedrooms. Spacious and very well decorated. Great location.

Great location, very clean, loved the top floor living area.

Walls between houses paper thin, group next door quite noisy, not owners fault. Parking space could do with a number 4 on it to determine which space belongs to property.

Great place to stay, stairs certainly keep you fit but not a problem, loved the living space

Location is perfect, short walk to town and bars, cafes and shops near by. Very quiet and tucked away. Comfy beds, great view from lounge, clean and tidy and well decorated, great parking space, Wetherspoons 2 mins away for cheap breakfast.

Ground floor bedroom curtains are to thin, awake at 6 every morning, Table very unstable.

Local and cosy townhouse with room for a group

The whole townhouse was so lovely. Local to the town and easy to get in and out of. Love the set up of the shared space being on the top floor and lots of room to cook, socialise and eat as a group.

It would have been handy to have a few more mirrors, there was only bathroom / one bedroom mirror and a small mirror which was hard for 5 people getting ready.

Town house

The location was good and the beds were comfy. The house was clean.

No bin bags left for the bin. Windows had window locks, which was fine but there were no fire evaluation instructions left in the house information. Not sure there were fire alarms either. The bathroom door kept sticking when the weather was hot and the downstairs bedroom blind didn't roll up. In the main bedroom, the curtains didn't meet, so they let the morning light in early. Also in the bathroom there was no bath mat.

Celebrating graduation by family.

Excellent location & parking.

No liner for kitchen waste bin. Very limited kitchen equipment, no cheese grater, useless kitchen knives, useless potato masher, only 1 Roasting tin for oven, no anti- spitting lid for frying pan, Only 5 stemmed wine glasses for 6 guests. Very small fridge. Kitchen lights flickered constantly- possibly not fitted correctly? Limited seating for house advertised for 6 guests. Shabby towels provided- stiff as cardboard!!

A well located place with all basic amenities in place and responsive hosts but in need of curtains

The location is pretty good, being close to the centre but relatively quiet. The bathroom and top floor open plan kitchen/lounge is a nice set up with good views. The response from the hosts to the issue of window locks was very swift and greatly appreciated

Sadly there were no curtains and the blinds were very thin/had large gaps so we were woken up early every morning. It might not be an issue in winter but certainly a challenge in early summer for all but the heaviest of sleepers. The other guests in our party in the ground floor bedrooms found that their beds were quite uncomfortable those ours in the middle floor bedroom seemed okay

Really cool house.

Location. View over rooftops. Clean and unfussy. Owner very helpful when I'd misunderstood the emails and thought the pin was the keybox code. Great shops and cafes super close. All linen and towels spotless. Had dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Really good Airbnb - everything well thought out and made easy. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Wooden floor on top floor looks amazing but noise transmission is pretty bad and more importantly there are a few nails sticking out of floor - daughter cut knee pretty badly on one of them. 2 others ripped socks. I managed to push one nail back in but there's a couple of wobbly boards that need fixed securely so it doesn't recur.

A great family weekend in the centre of Norwich

The situation - the views are amazing, it is so close to shops and restaurants and sights but really quiet. The decor - felt stylish yet homely and it is very well equipped. The owners were very responsive and so helpful.

Some of the blinds are a bit tatty. Noise from the boiler/hot water system in the first floor bedroom.

Erneuerung und Ersatz von defekten Dingen wäre nötig, ansonsten recht sympathisch

Die Lage ist super, man kommt zu Fuss überall schnell hin. Bettwäsche und Badetücher waren frisch.

Küchenausstattung war nicht befriedigend. Wir kauften eine neue Pfanne, Messer schneiden nichts. Abwaschmaschine war für die ganze Zeit defekt und wurde nicht erneuert. Ein Stuhl war auch kaputt. Wurde auch nicht ersetzt. Wir haben im Badezimmer den Lavaboabfluss entstopft. Allgemein kann man sagen, dass man alles mal kontrollieren sollte auf ihre. Funktion, auch ging die PlayStation nicht, was wir aber nicht schlimm fanden. Ein Grundputz und eine Erneuerung oder Ersetzen von Möbeln etc. wäre mal wünschenswert. Ansonsten hatten wir einmal kurz Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.
