Great location with free parking included

We could not fault the flat itself, the facilities provided, the comfort and the cleanliness. It is very spacious and nice and airy so we were able to remain cool in the hot weather.

This maybe outside of the hosts control but the communal spaces were diabolical. A huge pile of cigarette butts outside the entrance from the car park, dirty entrance lobbies and lifts. We also struggled to find the entrance to the building from the car park so some directional signage is needed. If the host is unable to affect these matters then put a note on wayfinding in the check in information and warn other guests of the less than desirable surrounds. I was filled with dread upon approaching the flat and would hate other guests to be put off booking when the flat is lovely. Also add to check in instructions that the one key fits both door locks as we struggled a little at first.

Nice apartment, had a comfortable bed, clean and well presented. Good location for the city. Everything we needed was supplied. All very nice and would return. Good value as sofa bed available so would accommodate four easily. Small amount of tea and coffee left as a starter, lots of shops nearby if you need more. Excellent communication from host.

Would like a mattress protector on bed, bathroom had a bit of a pungent smell of drains. Lifts and building were a bit grubby but once in flat all was good. Dirty plate left in microwave but that is a small thing,.

Bed was comfy. Things we raised were dealt with.

Grotty lift, which didn't feel very safe. We had to raise cleaning issues with owner. Need to ensure facilities really are as described. Horrendous rubbish collection problem on site. Clearly not collected for weeks and weeks and it has been gone through and was strewn everywhere by animals.
