Fantastic central location (but quiet enough for rest), cute decor, responsive host
Could maybe do with a dehumidifier - third bedroom is a 2nd reception room with sofa bed in the basement, and the bathroom is in the middle of the house so also windowless, and can be hard to keep the damp away.

Location was great and the bedrooms, living room and kitchen were large, clean and comfortable
The staircase is a challenge and the bathroom needs an upgrade (it was clean and functional but not up to the standard of the rest of the property)

We enjoyed our stay despite the faults . It’s well located, quirky and generally comfortable . The kids love the basement room away from the rest of us .
It was very dirty . Many places had stains and the floor hadn’t been cleaned . The shower is in an unacceptable condition and the bath very dirty . The bathroom is the worst part. The sofa is also quite bad once you look a bit further than the first impression . There is also some big damp signs near the ceiling lights that need to be addressed quickly .
