The place is 'ok'. I guess for a family is very good but for us friends/co-workers the layout of the house is not very convenient as one of the rooms is inside one of the rooms, which, if you want to go to the loo at night you have to cross through the other room. And there's only 1 bathroom, which is downstairs and all the rooms are upstairs. In general we had a good stay and we've actually rented this place a few times, location-wise is good and there's free street parking a few blocks away.
I already mentioned it.

Great communication throughout from the hosts. A 20 minute walk into the City Centre and a short uber ride to the University for our son's graduation made the location perfect. Arranging parking through the hosts was very easy and parking in the local roads wasn't a problem. A Tesco Express just up the road if needed.

very quiet
tv control didn't work even after contact with owner still had trouble. tv worked but remote didn't seem to control it

The house was quite nice , quiet,
No TV- Internet due to Virgin Media. Shower not hot- knob turned to full hot , got the heating to work first.day but no heating thereafter -- host send instructions the next day but did not see any information on attachment through booking.com regarding the heating so I just put a blanket on my lap that was on the sofa
