Terrible customer service from both the host and booking.com.

Code for the lock box not sent on the booking. Tried multiple times to call and text the number provided with no answer. Tried emailing the host again, no answer. Phoned booking.com customer service, on hold for 30 minutes to then be told there is a system update so nothing they could do to help me. Had 2 people who had travelled 4 hours, done a days work and could not get into the accommodation that we had paid for. No reply from hosts with the code for the lock box until 20:30, to late by that time as alternative accommodation had been booked.

A good option if you are planning a short stay in Norwich on a tight budget.
The property is fine for a short stay if you are on a tight budget. The city centre is a short drive from the property but If you are travelling by car it may be a bit tricky to find parking directly outside the property.
The family had to get use to having just one bathroom downstairs. It may be an issue if you have younger children.
