Good location, suited our purpose, but very basic.

Great location for us - near family and within walking distance of city centre. There are lovely parks nearby, and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Overall it was clean and warm, and traffic didn’t bother us at all, despite being on a main road. Wifi was excellent and communication/entry arrangements all good.

First impression wasn’t great because of a strong smell of cigarette smoke (it lingered for most of our stay despite opening windows). Kitchen was a bit disappointing - sticky floor, dirty cutlery/crockery (we felt the need to wash everything before using it), chipped worktop and a stopped clock. There were no extras/essentials provided - a few basics like soap, washing up liquid, kitchen towels etc would have been handy. The whole place felt pretty bare and sterile and a few little extras (books, games, leaflets?) might make it feel more welcoming. Also, TV remote control had a mind of its own.

it was a busy road, but generally quite quiet, and the location meant we could walk into the centre

very well situated, although slightly run down area.

House was drafty, mostly front door we thought, awful corkscrew provided, also limited cooking trays and dishes.

Waterloo Lodge great for a city break in Norwich

Great little house. Good location for the city centre. Easy parking to the front. Car dealership next door no problem really quiet. Lovely and clean with all the basics for a city break. Aldi supermarket a couple of hundred metres away.

The front of the property could do with a repaint and general tidy up.

Easy access to the property. Great communication. Property is exceptionally clean. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to the city centre

All the beds are single beds Power kept tripping when the microwave and hob was on at the same time Noisy road (very noticeable at night )as it’s next to the property.

Very clean. The beds were comfortable, good to have the parking outside which is big enough for 2 cars if needed.

Not the nicest location next to a car workshop, but to be fair it wasn’t noisy despite being a busy road. One toilet between 5 people. No dishwasher

It is on a busy road which was noisy, and overlooks a car repair garage. It is functional and faultless but lacks any ‘wow’.
