Ideal spacious apartment close to central Norwich

Generally had everything we expected, comfortable and spacious for us as a family of four. Private parking was useful. Very clean. Good kitchen facilities.

Only very minor stuff - a few more dishwasher tablets and somewhere to recycle would have been nice. Also could hear music from the hair dressers downstairs from quite early on a couple of days. Some of the mattresses were a bit past it.

Spacious, warm and clean apartment. Good value if a group of 5.

Needs attention to the facilities. Bin lid missing, no bathmat or bathroom cabinet, nor anywhere to put items in the bathroom. No information about the city provided. Not very welcoming overall. Some issues with noise from below. Security lights go off over the outside stairs too quickly.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Really enjoyed our stay with our grandchildren.

The apartment was excellent, good spacious size & very clean. Well stocked with all you would need. Excellent location with safe parking. The passageway for the car to pass through was a bit tight but doable. The staff in the barbers below were very helpful. Just a short walk across the road into town.

Hard to find any faults. One of the mattresses in the twin back bedroom was not too good & probably needs replacing. One of us had to sleep in the single room.

Great flat just outside the city centre, which is within easy walking distance.

The property was well sized and very clean. The pictures are a good representation of the flat.

The location of the flat is just off the duel carriage way . The road it was on was used as a cut through. There was some noise from traffic with the windows open at the front of the property.

Great place to stay in east reach of city.

It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

There was some loud music playing fairly early on Saturday morning. We were getting up but could have been annoying if we had wanted a lie in.

cobwebs around fire place -inside oven rusty trays an took photos of them too. no coffee percolator or one cafetière ! allergic to soluble coffee hence can’t use their provided sachets . - no units /shelves in the bathroom to tidy toileteries - and no Hooks behind door for dressing gown or clothes - no quilts or thick blankets on the bed . place cold as we arrived would be good to make it warmer before arrival. staircase very steep and slippery when raining . could do with grip tape for safety . mobile 07940308108 [email protected]

Entrance to the property via metal gate & staircase (was slightly awkward with my elderly Mum staying with us).

Weekend break

Very comfortable and smart, looks like it has been refurbished fairly recently. Secure entrance and private car parking (could easily fit 4+ cars). Very good value and was located in the part of Norwich we wanted to be (to go out in the city and drive to UEA). Very good communication from the landlords. Quiet at night.

Fairly steep external stairs were fine for us but wouldn't suit everyone.

A beautiful apartment, spacious and comfortable. Great location about 10min walk into centre. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. Kitchen well equipped. Everything you need for a night or two in Norwich.

Nothing to dislike. Although it's in small industrial area and from the outside doesn't look much, once inside its amazing. We stayed at weekend and it was quiet and very private.

The property was clean and a good size for the 4 of us. Good location for accessing the coast.

The stairs to access the property are a fire escape so not really good for older people or small children. Would have been good to have tea towels and oven mitts in the kitchen.

Interesting location, nice apartment - maybe get a more reliable TV though?

The interior of the apartment is lovely - very spacious and comfortable.

The narrow gateway and steep metal staircase are not for the faint-hearted. But once inside everything is very nice. There was a problem, however, that the TV just stopped working on the second night and there was no way to do anything to it to try to fix it - it was not even possible to unplug it and the manual was no use.

The location, although close to the city centre, is on a noisy light industrial businesses road and surrounded by same The 'City View' advertised is somewhat uninspiring, being the business offices opposite.

Parking behind the apartment. Excellent value for the number of beds. Comfortable dinning chairs and sofas. Brilliant shower!!

The street is not a residential street and the inhabitants of Norwich are obviously not aware an apartment is there. Constant heavy and speeding traffic at night (weather was very warm so windows had to be open). Two dumper trucks unloading blast outside from one to the other at 5am SUNDAY! Morning...literally 1.5m from the window. Not ideal and sleep was hindered, but price was reasonable so along as you're aware. Also access is via a very steep external staircase which may be problematic for some.

Instructions how to unlock and lock the front door would have been very helpful, we found it very confusing (which way to turn the key, whether to lift handle up or down etc) A tumble dryer would have been useful.

A couple of friends went to Norwich and had a great stay, the property was clean and we looked after. 15 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants perfect for our child free trip!
