Great location, yummy breakfast with lots of homegrown or organic food, lovely comfortable and quiet room, warm and welcoming host, very entertaining breakfast conversation :)

Anne was a wonderfully welcoming host. The location was very peaceful.

The house was a half hour's walk from the station, but we knew that in advance and chose it anyway.

Everything. Comfortable, well positioned and Anne was the perfect host. I enjoyed our breakfast chats and the birds just outside the bedroom window.

Being in someone’s home, was not personally for me, despite the warm welcome. The separate bathroom also did not personally work for me. The tv did struggle to pick up lots of channels. Taking shoes off at the front door, also reinforced it is Anne’s home and not just a business opportunity. Recognise the host, Anne, did her best to facilitate my stay, but overall a bit more limited compared to other places I’ve stayed in Norwich in the same price bracket. And as I’ve said it really felt like a bedroom in someone’s home, which it is.
